NetIQ Support Consultants - London - NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) NetIQ Access Manager (NAM) MicroFocus
I am hiring for an experienced Identity Access Management Support Consultants to work on a permanent basis. You will have a technical support background with an identity and access management (IDAM) background and have supported at least 1 large scale implementation with NetIQ IDM or NAM products.
• Analysis of IAM application server logs to troubleshoot various authentication/endpoint related issues. Intermediate and Advanced Troubleshooting of the issues that occur in the environment.
• Implementation of NetIQ solutions and connector customization and engagement with the NetIQ backline engineers.
• Incident Management based on SLA’s and Deployments, testing, validations as part of the Change management process.
• Configuration of e-mail notifications and scripts based on the business needs, experience in SAML based application onboarding procedures and supported Office 365 Integration process.
This is a hands-on technical support position, working within a customer support environment.
The office is based in London, but there may be some flexibility for 1-2 days a week home working. The client is looking to pay between £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.
